Prashant Gupta is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in HR transformation projects, specializing in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS, and PeopleSoft products. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Deloitte since May 2011, Prashant has successfully managed the delivery of large and complex HR transformation initiatives. Previous roles at Deloitte include Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Business Analyst, with a focus on end-to-end implementations and expertise in various HR and payroll modules. Prior experience at Oracle as an Application Engineer involved development work in PeopleSoft Global Payroll.
