Saikat Dutta has over a decade of experience in the IT industry, currently serving as a Manager at Deloitte India since October 2018, focusing on the modernization of legacy systems in the government and healthcare sectors, specifically for US Medicaid services. Prior to Deloitte, Saikat worked as an ETL Lead at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2014 to September 2018, contributing to financial integration projects for Cigna in the USA. Earlier roles include ETL Datastage positions at IBM, involving data migration for SKF in Sweden, and at Wipro, specializing in accounting internationalization for Pitney Bowes in the USA. Saikat holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Calcutta Institute of Engineering and Management, completed in 2008, along with a Higher Secondary degree from Jagadbandhu Institution and a Secondary degree from Ballygunj Government High School.
