Lindsay Musser Hough serves as Vice Chair of the State, Local, and Higher Education sector at Deloitte, leading a team of over 12,000 professionals to assist government and nonprofit leaders in enhancing community resilience. With extensive experience, including roles as Lead Client Service Partner for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Operations Transformation Offering Leader, Lindsay has also contributed to education governance as a Trustee at Gettysburg College. Prior leadership positions encompass Board Chair at AHEDD and managerial roles at Unisys Corporation and Arthur Andersen. Lindsay holds a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy Analysis from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Music from Gettysburg College.
