Jonathan Marais has extensive experience in corporate finance, currently serving as a Partner at Deloitte Australia since May 2005, where previous roles included Director, Associate Director, Manager, and Senior Analyst in the Corporate Finance and Audit sectors. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as an Article Clerk at RSM Hills Howard from February 2000 to March 2005, focusing on audit. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant Board Course from the University of Cape Town, a Bcompt Honours in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and a Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCompt) from the University of South Africa.
