Jim Zarnick has extensive experience in operations and technology within the government and public services sectors, currently serving as CIO for Government & Public Services at Deloitte since May 2009. Zarnick has held various leadership positions at Deloitte, including Director of Operations for the Federal practice, overseeing a diverse operations team. Prior to Deloitte, Zarnick worked at BearingPoint and KPMG Consulting, where responsibilities included Director of Business Operations for PS Emerging Markets. Zarnick also has a strong foundation in software engineering, having served as Software Engineering Manager at Eastman Kodak and held the position of Vice President at Kodak's Imagery Software division. Zarnick holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Penn State University, obtained in 1981.
