Gunnar Millier is a Senior Manager in Advisory Services at Deloitte, specializing in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures since September 2011. With a focus on advising private equity and corporate clients on buy-side M&A transactions, Gunnar's expertise spans the financial services industry, including banking, asset management, broker-dealer, specialty finance, fintech, and real estate targets. Previous positions at Deloitte include Advisory Manager and Senior Consultant, where responsibilities included conducting financial due diligence and assisting with troubled debt restructurings.
