Danielle Hawkins is a Principal at Deloitte since July 2004, bringing extensive experience in consulting and leadership. Prior to this role, Danielle served as a Staff Development Coordinator at Cornell Fitness Centers from May 2002 to June 2004, where responsibilities included coordinating the interview, selection, and onboarding process for over 200 fitness monitor staff, as well as developing and delivering training courses on Advanced Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, and Interviewing 101. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
