Arthur Walker, Jr. is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Principal at Deloitte Tax LLP since March 2021, Arthur leads M&A tax due diligence activities and advises clients on tax structuring and optimization. Prior to this role, Arthur founded and led ACWJ Consulting, LLC, providing strategic planning and project management services. As Senior Vice President of Global Tax at Ocwen Financial Corporation from 2013 to 2020, Arthur enhanced the tax department's role within the organization and successfully implemented tax-efficient operations. Earlier in career, Arthur was a Partner at Mayer Brown, specializing in tax planning and international tax transactions, and served as an adjunct professor in corporate taxation at The Catholic University of America.
