William Carson has extensive experience in technical and trade compliance management, currently serving as Manager of Technical Services at Delmar International Inc since November 2020. Prior roles include Trade Compliance Manager at Russell A Farrow US Inc from December 2015 to August 2020 and Manager of WNY Brokerage Operations at Willson International from November 2007 to December 2015. William began their career in logistics as Manager of WNY Release Operations at PBB Global Logistics from June 1994 to November 2007. William holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration from Erie Community College.
