Mandy Phelps is a seasoned professional in usability engineering with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Usability Engineer at Dell Technologies since September 2013, Mandy has also held the role of Sr. Usability Engineer within the same organization. Prior to this, Mandy gained valuable experience as a Graduate Assistant at Wichita State University from August 2006 to September 2013 and completed an internship as a Usability Engineer Intern at Dell from May 2012 to November 2012.
