Jairo Quesada is an experienced technical leader specializing in data protection solutions and IT storage. Currently serving as the Global Technical Lead for the Data Protection Solutions Support Team at Dell Technologies since March 2021, Jairo proactively manages and resolves complex technical issues while maintaining close communication with customers. Prior experience includes roles at Citi managing global IT storage solutions, and positions as a Senior Storage Engineer and Software Support Engineer across various companies. Jairo has a strong track record in system infrastructure, virtualization, and storage performance management, complemented by a background in technical support and help desk management. Educational pursuits include studies in English Teaching and ongoing studies in Photography at Universidad LCI Veritas.
