Efrain Velez serves as a Program Manager in Cloud Solutions at Dell and has held the position of Director in the Dell Commerce Services Group since June 1998, focusing on strategic, business, operational, and technical enhancements for a global organization. Prior to their tenure at Dell, Efrain Velez worked as a Manager at EDS Group, overseeing Medicaid Claims for the Texas Department of Health from May 1996 to May 1998. Efrain Velez also has military experience as a Captain in the US Army from August 1990 to May 1996, where management of an armor tank unit resulted in significant improvements in operational maintenance rates. Efrain Velez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico-Metropolitan Campus and an Associate's degree in Computer Management Information Systems from Saint Leo University.
