Joi Wu has held multiple roles in various companies throughout their work experience. Joi is currently working as a Full Stack Engineer at DeliverZero since June 2023. Prior to this, they completed a software engineering program at The Grace Hopper Program at Fullstack Academy in May 2023. Joi worked as a Principal Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Northrop Grumman from September 2022 to January 2023 and November 2019 to October 2022, respectively. Joi also worked at Podium as a Product Specialist from May 2019 to November 2019, and at Procter & Gamble as a Technical Engineer from August 2018 to May 2019. Joi also completed an engineering internship and was a Fellow at Emma Bowen Foundation from May 2014 to May 2017. Other previous roles include an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Miami in 2016 and internships at Comcast and Comcast Spotlight in 2015 and 2016, respectively.

Joi Wu obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami in 2018. In 2023, they attended The Grace Hopper Program at Fullstack Academy. Joi has also obtained various certifications including CAM/EVMS Certification, Python programming courses, and CPR/AED/First Aid training. In addition, they have been certified as a SafeStart Trainer, forklift operator, and Open Water Diver. In 2023, they obtained certifications related to sustainability and ESG from LinkedIn.
