Melissa Franco has a wealth of experience in customer service and relationship management. Melissa began their career in 2004 as a Marketing Coordinator for American Chung Nam, Inc. In 2006, they took on the role of an Insurance Agent at the Automobile Club of Southern California. Later that same year, they began working as a Car Salesperson at Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. In 2009, Melissa became a Service Desk System Analyst at Taco Bell, where they provided hands-on customer support. In 2013, they started working at Shortcuts Software as a Customer Care & Relationship Manager and Customer Success Representative - Business Development. Melissa was also an IT Helpdesk Technician at Shortcuts Software. In 2019, Melissa began their role as a Client Success Specialist at Teknowlogi. In 2020, they became a Client Success Specialist at NoCell Technologies, where they created and optimized internal processes and customer journey/milestone activities. Finally, in 2022, Melissa began their current role as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Delivery Solutions.
Melissa Franco attended Fullerton College from 2001 to 2004, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration and Management, General. Melissa then attended Cal Poly Pomona from 2006 until present, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
