LuÃsa Souza Frazzon has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand management. LuÃsa started their career as an Atendimento Publicitário and Gestão de Contas at Xodó Gestão de Marcas, where they were responsible for conducting strategies to develop and maintain client relationships. LuÃsa also handled prospecting and presented campaigns and strategic offline media planning.
After that, LuÃsa worked at Grupo RBS, where they focused on planning and executing events for the company. Later on, LuÃsa joined COWMED as part of the marketing team. LuÃsa also played a role in designing the products and creating communication channels. Additionally, they worked on endomarketing initiatives and developed graphic materials.
LuÃsa's next role was at Festa Nacional da Uva, where they served as a Coordinator for sponsor relations. LuÃsa managed sponsor and partner relationships, negotiated commercial agreements, and coordinated brand placements during the event. LuÃsa analyzed media possibilities and priced advertising spaces.
In 2018, LuÃsa became an entrepreneur and started their own consulting business. LuÃsa conducted diagnostics and created campaigns, media plans, and digital content. LuÃsa also worked on commercial fronts.
Most recently, LuÃsa worked as an Analista de Marketing Pleno at Delivery Much Brasil. LuÃsa'sresponsibilities included managing and monitoring KPIs for local franchises, developing copy for CRM campaigns, creating social media strategies, and coordinating marketing actions. LuÃsa also assisted with promotional campaigns and influenced local media partnerships.

LuÃsa Souza Frazzon's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at Universidade Federal do Pampa and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication Social with a specialization in Advertising and Propaganda. LuÃsa successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2013.
Afterward, LuÃsa decided to further their education and enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2014. LuÃsa pursued a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration and completed their studies in 2016.
In 2022, LuÃsa returned to Universidade Federal do Pampa to pursue a Master's degree in Communication and Creative Industry. This program is expected to be completed by 2025.
Aside from formal education, LuÃsa has also obtained additional certifications. In October 2022, they completed the "Formando Campeões: Liderança F.C." course at Escola Conquer. In January 2023, they completed the "Produtividade Inteligente" course at the same institution. Additionally, in February 2023, LuÃsa obtained a certification in "Simplifica Excel Express" from SIMPLIFICA TREINAMENTOS.
