Tiago Cabaço is an experienced design leader with a strong background in product and UX design across various industries. Currently serving as VP Design at Delivery Hero since May 2023, Tiago leads the UX team within the Pandora Product & Tech organization, focusing on strategic initiatives and enhancing team dynamics for brands such as foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti. Previously, Tiago held the role of VP Design at Careem, managing the holistic experience of the SuperApp for diverse customer segments. Additional significant positions include Global Director of Product Design & Research at OLX Group, VP Product Management & Design at Uniplaces, and Product Design Lead at Facebook’s Applied Machine Learning group. Tiago's educational background includes a BFA in Web Design and New Media from the Academy of Art University and studies at the Escola Técnica de Imagem e Comunicação.
