Ole Helliesen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Managing Director at Delivery Hero Ventures since August 2024 and as Global Head of M&A at Delivery Hero since March 2020. Prior to these roles, Ole held positions as Vice President of Global M&A at iFood Colombia and Coty Inc., contributing significantly to renowned companies in the delivery and beauty sectors. Ole's background also includes investment banking experience at J.P. Morgan, where expertise was honed across various consumer and retail advisory roles. Additional roles include Sales Manager at World Event AS and Teaching Assistant at NTNU, complemented by an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
