Andrey Goncharow is an experienced software quality assurance engineer with a robust background in QA strategy development and process implementation. Currently serving as a Software QA Engineer at Flo Health Inc. since August 2020, Andrey previously held the position of Sr. SQA Engineer at Adform, where responsibilities included test strategy design and performance testing. Prior experience also includes a role as SQA Engineer and Scrum Master at IHS Markit, focusing on test automation, and an earlier position as SQA Engineer at Credo-Dialogue in CAD software development. Andrey holds a degree in CAD Engineering with a specialization in Microelectronics from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and a technician degree in Microelectronics from Minsk State Higher Radioengineering College.
