Rhett Walker has worked in the business development and recruitment industries since 2005. Rhett began their career at JLF Associates as a Lead Recruiter and Recruiting/Outside Sales, where they successfully recruited for sales, engineers, and management professionals within the Data storage industry, as well as the technology, banking, construction, and restaurant industries. Rhett then moved to Echo Global Logistics in 2013 as a Carrier Sales Rep, where they established relationships with trucking companies that secure equipment to service Echo's client base, and was responsible for making 120+ calls per day. In 2014, they joined Oxford International as a Recruiter, where they leveraged their recruiting expertise to deliver high-end consulting disciplines. Rhett was later promoted to Lead Engineering Recruiter in 2015. In 2018, they moved to PEO Edge as a Business Development Manager, and in 2019 they joined DeliveryChain.io as a Business Development Manager, where they help Shippers and 3PLs leverage technology to make their jobs easier and more efficient.

Rhett Walker attended Arizona State University from 1999 to 2001.
