Rita Mukimba is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Advisor for Africa - EMEA at Delivery Associates since December 2024. Previously, Rita held various positions at PowerToFly, including Senior Global Talent Partner, Recruiting Manager for Professional Services, and Talent Acquisition Manager, where responsibilities included developing talent-sourcing strategies and managing a team of Talent Advocates. Additional experience includes serving as a Talent Advocate at Deloitte Consulting, a Talent Sourcer at One Acre Fund, and a People Operations Coordinator at Scopic Software. Rita's career began with a Graduate Engineering Trainee position at Africell Uganda and included roles at iLabs@MAK and Zeenode Limited. Rita holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Makerere University.
