Hugues Boulnois is an experienced project leader currently at Delivery Associates, with a diverse background in management and consulting. Previous roles include Manager at Bain & Company, Fellow at Harvard University’s Department of Economics, and Economic & Financial Specialist Consultant at The World Bank. Hugues has also contributed to significant academic work, including co-authoring a book under review at Oxford University Press. As a social entrepreneur, Hugues founded Water4U, an initiative providing clean water to underserved populations in Indonesia, later acquired by Suez Environment. Hugues holds an MPP in International Global Affairs from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from ESSEC Business School, and a Master’s degree in Engineering.
