Shelly Dolan is currently working as the Head of EU SMB NRX and Account Management at Deliveroo. Prior to this role, Shelly held positions such as SMB Hub Business Support Manager at Deliveroo, Head of Customer Service Centre at Riverside, Head of Network Enquiries at United Utilities, and Head of Force Contact Centre at Merseyside Police. Shelly obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Police Leadership from Liverpool Hope University in 2013.
