Chiara Botrugno has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chiara'smost recent role is as a Rider Compliance Lead at Deliveroo, where they started in July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Shopper Quality Manager at Everli (formerly Supermercato24) from July 2020 to July 2022. Before that, they held multiple roles at Supermercato24, including Logistic Team Lead from July 2018 to July 2020, Operations Dispatching Specialist from October 2017 to June 2018, and Customer Care Specialist from June 2017 to September 2017.

Additionally, Chiara has experience in the arts sector, having worked at Fondazione Nuovo Teatro Verdi as a Maschera di sala from October 2010 to February 2017, and as an Adetta ufficio stampa from September 2015 to December 2015. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they studied at Università del Salento and earned a Laurea in Scienze della Comunicazione with a concentration in Lettere/Studi umanistici.

In 2009, Chiara attended the Scuola di spagnolo "Camino Barcelona" for a two-week course in Spanish.

Between 2003 and 2008, they completed their Diploma di Maturità Classica at Liceo Classico B.Marzolla.
