Dio Panuncialman is a seasoned professional with significant experience in customer service and management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Deliveree On-Demand Logistics since July 2018 and a Management Associate at Transportify Philippines since March 2018, Dio has established expertise in logistics and customer relations. Prior experience includes a role as a Marketing Engineer at Daikin Air Conditioning Philippines Inc., where responsibilities encompassed technical marketing support and social media project management. Dio's career began with an internship at the Bureau of Plant Industry, where tasks involved laboratory preparation and field sampling. Dio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines, earned between 2009 and 2014.
