Montserrat Galindo Navarro is a Customer Success Manager at Deliverect since May 2022, specializing in customer retention and account management across the EMEA, LATAM, and BENELUX regions, while also providing valuable feedback to the product and development teams. Previously, Montserrat served as a Customer Service Support Manager at Its International Technology Supply from January 2013 to March 2015. Montserrat is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies at Shaw Academy, while holding a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education (UVM Mexico).
