Seán Mancillas has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Seán currently works at Delighted as an Associate Manager, Product Management. In this role, they are responsible for guiding high-growth organizations and leading Delighted's Customer Concierge team. Prior to their current position, Seán worked at Qualtrics as a Senior Customer Success Consultant. Before that, they were the Director of Operations/Writer Network at Talent Inc., where they helped build personal brands for job seekers. Seán also worked at RezBiz, LLC as an Operations/Partner Support Manager, where they facilitated company scaling and managed recruitment and quality assurance processes. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Manager at UC Berkeley Art Studio, where they coordinated events and managed logistics for art shows.

Seán Mancillas pursued their education between 2009 and 2011 at the University of California, Berkeley. Seán obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General during this time. In July 2022, they also earned a certification in Product Management: Building a Product Strategy from LinkedIn.
