Brent Dodd has extensive work experience in corporate communications and employee services. Brent has served as the Director of Corporate Communications at Delicato Family Wines since 2018. Prior to that, they held the role of Corporate Communications Manager, Americas at Treasury Wine Estates from 2017 to 2018. From 2010 to 2017, Brent worked at E&J Gallo Winery as the SR. Corporate Communications and Employee Services. Additionally, they have experience in disaster recovery and advocacy, having worked as a Disaster Case Advocate at Lutheran Services in Iowa and as a Medical Responder - Volunteer at Janesville First Responder. Brent has also been involved in community outreach and small business entrepreneurship. Brent has a strong background in leadership and mentoring, having served as an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America and in various leadership positions at Wartburg College. Brent has also gained experience in human resources as an intern at Augsburg Fortress Publishers.

Brent Dodd completed their education from 2005 to 2009 at Wartburg College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
