Ruud Rooijakkers has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ruud began their career at Shell in 2013 as a graduation intern. Ruud then worked at PostNL from 2014 to 2018, where they held various roles such as Senior Specialist Strategic Workforce Planning and Project Manager HR Change Management. From 2018 to 2023, Ruud worked at Koninklijke Grolsch, where they held positions including HR Business Partner and Manager Organization Development & Talent. Ruud also worked at Vereniging van de Nederlandse Groothandel in Dranken en Horecabenodigdheden from 2019 to 2022 as a CLA Negotiator. Currently, they are employed as an HR Director at Deli Home since 2023.
Ruud Rooijakkers earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Tilburg University in 2012. Ruud then went on to complete a Master's degree in Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, Ruud Rooijakkers enrolled in the Young Executive Program at de Baak, where they obtained their diploma in 2018. Prior to their university studies, they attended Dr. Knippenbergcollege from 2001 to 2007, where they completed their high school education with a focus on VWO+ Economics & Society. In terms of certifications, Ruud Rooijakkers obtained the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits in 2017, became a Scrum Master for Business in 2016, completed a Masterclass in Advanced Negotiation in 2019, and received training in Strategic Workforce Planning in Practice in 2018.
