Xavier Piesvaux currently serves as the CEO of Delhaize Belgium since September 2017, bringing extensive leadership experience from previous roles including Regional Senior Vice President at Walmart Canada from 2015 to 2017, and CEO at MEGA IMAGE - Ahold Delhaize Group from 2006 to 2015. Prior positions include General Manager at Carrefour from 2003 to 2005, Chief Operations Officer at Carrefour Brasil from 1999 to 2003, and various roles at Carrefour from 1990 to 1999, including Store Manager and Business Controller. Xavier Piesvaux holds a Descaff degree from MBS School of Business (1987-1990) and a DEUG degree in Economics from the University of Montpellier.
