Tom Knockaert is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in labor relations and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Delhaize De Leeuw since October 2018, Tom has previously held roles as a Senior Labour Relations Advisor and Social Affairs Advisor within the Delhaize Group. Additional experience includes serving as Legal Counsel for Human Resources at Audi Brussels and as an Associate at Jones Day. Tom began the legal career as an Advocaat in opleiding at Van Eeckhoutte, Taquet & Clesse. Academic credentials include a Postgraduate degree in HRM from EMS Ehsal Management School, a DES en droit social from Université libre de Bruxelles, and a Master’s Degree in Law from Ghent University.
