Edith van den Berg serves as Directeur-bestuurder at Delft Support since January 2018, leading organizational development initiatives following a managerial role with similar responsibilities at Gemeente Delft from 2003 to January 2018. At Gemeente Delft, significant contributions included overseeing the implementation of decentralizations in youth and social welfare, managing a social team addressing complex cases, and leading the programming department focused on societal issues. Prior experience spans positions at the Ministerie van BZK and the Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid, where Edith specialized in policy development including crime prevention, police diversity, and educational reform. Edith holds a Doctorandus degree in theology and church history from Utrecht University and an academic background from Sint Maartenscollege.
