Serena Pini is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various corporate roles. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate HR & Talent at DELES Group since January 2016, Serena has also held positions such as Corporate Talent Manager and HR Manager at the same organization. Concurrently, Serena worked as an HR Manager at EMS GROUP from January 2018 to October 2023 and as HR & Talent Acquisition at EXIT Milano during the same period.
