Cynthia Masters is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to Ken DeLeon at DeLeon Realty since June 2015, Cynthia prepares all documentation related to real estate transactions and acts as a liaison for communication. Previous roles include Vice President & Managing Director at Coldwell Banker, where management and recruitment of real estate agents were key responsibilities, as well as positions in mortgage advisory and sales at New American Funding and Opes Advisors, focusing on residential loans and first-time homebuyer services. Cynthia began their career at Realty World as a Sales Manager, Realtor, and Loan Officer, honing skills in real estate sales, financing, and operations management. Cynthia holds a California Real Estate License and an NMLS License.
