Jeff Harris has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Jeff is currently serving as the Vice President and General Manager of the Tyler Refinery at Delek US Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at PBF Energy.

Before joining PBF Energy, Jeff worked at Shell for a significant portion of their career. Jeff'sroles at Shell include General Manager, Production and Maintenance Manager, Manufacturing Integration Manager, Production and Maintenance Manager, Global Process Advisor, Principal Consultant, and Production/Production Assurance Manager. Jeff also had an expatriate assignment in Shell Australia, where they served as an Asset Manager for the Clyde refinery and Manager of Operations line.

Jeff started their career at Shell as a Production Engineer and held various management positions, including Operations Manager - Coking/Hydroprocessing and Manager - HSE Assurance Systems.

Jeff Harris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University, completing their studies from 1988 to 1992.
