Christopher Reed has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Christopher currently serves as the Director Labor Strategy at Delek US Holdings, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Director HRBP from April 2020 to January 2022 at the same company. Christopher also worked as the Human Resources Manager at Delek US Holdings, Inc. from an unknown start date to April 2020. Before joining Delek, they worked at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company from April 2011 to June 2018, where they served as an Employee Relations Superintendent Business Partner. Christopher also worked at BASF as a Manager Human Resources Gulf Region from 2004 to 2010 and at General Chemical as a Regional Manager Human Resources from 2000 to 2004. Christopher started their career at Union Carbide Corporation as an HR Manager from 1996 to 2000, and before that, they worked at GTE as a Regional Senior Manager Labor/Employee Relations from 1988 to 1996.

Christopher Reed attended Cornell University from 1984 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations.
