Joshua Gaugler has a diverse work history, starting with their role as a Locksmith/Marketing Manager at Gaugler Lock Company from 2001 to 2013. Joshua then worked as an Account Representative at Sterling Jewelers from 2010 to 2013, followed by a position as Digital Marketing at Fred Martin Auto Group from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Gaugler joined the National Inventors Hall of Fame, where they served as an Operations Analyst from 2014 to 2016 and later as an Operations Supervisor from 2016 to 2018.

In 2018, they began working as an IT System Administrator at PropertyForce, a role they held until 2020. Joshua then joined Delegate, where they initially served as a Principal Solutions Manager from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Solutions Engineering at Delegate, starting in January 2021.

Joshua Gaugler completed their education at Southern New Hampshire University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended The University of Akron from 2005 to 2010 and earned a B.S.B.A degree in Marketing Management. In addition to their formal education, Joshua has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Revenue Architecture Course from Winning by Design in February 2023, Advanced RevOps and Intro to RevOps from Pavilion in December 2022 and November 2022 respectively, Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist in October 2020, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in July 2020, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in December 2019, Salesforce Advanced Administrator in October 2018, and Salesforce Administrator in May 2018. Joshua also holds certifications such as CSSBB (Certified Six Sigma Black Belt) from ASQ in November 2015, Bing Ads - Accredited Professional from Microsoft in February 2015, and various certifications in inbound marketing, email marketing, social media, and other relevant fields from HubSpot in 2020.
