Marcel Muñoz has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Marcel is currently the COO & CFO at Plazah, a One to One Product recommendation Marketplace. Prior to this, Marcel was the CFO at DyCare and Delectatech.

Marcel's previous experience includes working at Ferrer Abello, S.L. where they served as the Corporate CFO & Business diversification Director. Marcel was responsible for consolidating €350MM revenue and €3MM EBITDA. Marcel also developed and implemented the investment strategy in the Energy, AgTech, and Mental Health sectors. Marcel led the development and opening of Brain360, a private mental health center in Barcelona, and was the CEO and Co-Founder of Giraffe Strategy, a consulting firm based in Andorra.

Before their role at Ferrer Abello, S.L., Marcel held multiple positions at Henkel and ICI Paints. Marcel served as the EMEA Business Controller and Finance Manager at Henkel, managing the integration of ICI's National Starch business acquisition. At ICI Paints, Marcel worked as the Global Transition Manager for Finance BPO, leading the transition to Hewlett Packard's shared service centers. Marcel also served as the European Sarbanes-Oxley Manager, North America Finance Director, and Financial Controller during their tenure at ICI Paints.

Marcel started their career as an External Auditor at Deloitte España.

Marcel Muñoz completed the Digital Business Executive Program at ISDI from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued an Executive MBA at Esade from 2009 to 2010, focusing on Business Management. Marcel Muñoz also attended Universitat de Barcelona from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Business Studies and Administration.
