Michael Holzer, P.Eng has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Michael began their career at SaskTel in 2014 as a Clerical Associate, where they assisted with software testing and drive testing of cellular networks. In 2015, they joined Delco Automation Inc. as a Project Coordinator, responsible for coordinating project activities. Michael then progressed to the role of Project Manager in 2019, overseeing project execution and delivery. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Project Management at Delco Automation Inc., where they lead a multidisciplinary team and works on standardizing project management procedures and protocols, as well as building and maintaining customer relationships. In addition to their professional career, Michael also worked as a Basketball Referee at SBOC starting in 2010.

Michael Holzer, P.Eng holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. Michael has also obtained additional certifications, including Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in April 2023, Professional Engineer from the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) in February 2021, and Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America in May 2020.
