Stephen Palmer is an experienced design engineer currently working at Delcan Corporation since May 2012, where responsibilities include engineering design, estimating, and construction scheduling for the $1.2 billion Deltaport Container Capacity Improvement Program at Port Metro Vancouver. Prior to this role, Stephen served as an Assistant Civil Engineer at Amey from July 2009 to February 2012, contributing to the design of various minor works schemes and achieving key project milestones. Stephen's earlier experience includes site engineer positions at G & T Crampton and Michael McNamara & Company, overseeing significant construction projects. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin between 2003 and 2007.
