Melissa T. K. Hess is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and leadership development. In addition, Melissa serves as a Channel Partner for The Ken Blanchard Companies, offering world-class management training, and as a Certified Affiliate Facilitator for Take Flight Learning, where innovative training methods enhance understanding and collaboration. With roles at the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center and as an Interim Administrator at UrbanPromise, Melissa has demonstrated versatility in nonprofit and strategic partnership environments. Previous positions include Director of Licensing & Compliance at ARI and Director of Engineering at Express Scripts, showcasing a strong background in project management and team leadership.
