Jennifer Pham, RHIA, currently serves as an HIT Software Specialist at Delaware Valley Community Health, where responsibilities include testing and validating beta software, troubleshooting end-user issues with Nextgen systems, and implementing key features such as the Patient Portal. Prior experience includes working as an Implementation Specialist at MRO, focusing on ROI workflows and user training, as well as holding positions as a Medical Scribe and Health Information Management Clerk at Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital. Jennifer has also completed internships at Penn Medicine Princeton Health and Fairmount Behavioral Health System, contributing to medical records management and coding processes. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management and a minor in Public Health from Temple University.
