Larry F. Bell, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation since April 2021. Additionally, Larry has been the President of Lbelljazz Inc. since June 2009, focusing on small business consulting, event planning, and real estate. Prior roles include Executive Vice President and CFO at The Enterprise Center, overseeing a $10 million organizational budget, and CFO and General Manager at CertaPro Painters, where Larry improved financial and operational performance. Previous experience includes directing administration and finance at the University of Pennsylvania and managing financial planning and analysis at PEPSI COLA. Larry holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and a BBA in Accounting from Temple University.
