Joseph A. Forkin is the current President at Delaware River Waterfront Corporation. Joseph was previously with Fuse Management, LLC from January 2004 to September 2007, where they were President/Co-Founder. Joseph was also with Delaware River Waterfront Corporation prior to their current role. Notable projects they have worked on include a full service consultation for a start-up Community Development Corporation charged with undertaking a major neighborhood revitalization and master plan project in Northeast Philadelphia.

Joseph A. Forkin has a MA from Arcadia University and a BA from Holy Family University. Joseph also went to Cardinal Dougherty High School.
