Biagio DelVillano is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing large construction projects, particularly in the areas of water and wastewater treatment facilities, underground piping, and heavy construction. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager and Project Manager at Delaware Engineering, D.P.C. and Delaware Engineering P.C. since June 2006, Biagio has previously held roles as Project Superintendent at Vacri Construction Corp from April 2002 to June 2006, and Superintendent at Masciarelli Construction Company Inc. from March 1989 to March 2002, specializing in pipeline, bridge, and road construction. Earlier in their career, Biagio worked as a Senior Drafter in electrical product design for Singer/Link Flight Simulation Inc. Biagio holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Data Processing from SUNY Broome Community College.
