Michael Hauske, PE, has extensive experience in engineering and project management, primarily within state transportation departments. Currently serving as the Maintenance Engineer for the Canal District at the Delaware Department of Transportation since May 2014, Michael oversees the maintenance section, including area yards and maintenance contracts. Previously, as a Program Manager I, Michael managed the maintenance contracts section and served as a Contracts Engineer in the North District, where responsibilities included designing and packaging projects as well as serving as a technical resource. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Engineer for the New Jersey Department of Transportation and as an Engineering Assistant at Chesapeake Utilities, where Michael led efforts in converting to ArcGIS and updating spatial data. Michael Hauske holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Delaware, completed in 2012.
