Michael Moyer is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as an Engineer at the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control since June 2015, Michael previously held the position of COO at EPX from March 2009 to February 2014. Prior to that, Michael worked as Lead Process and Facilities Engineer at Blue Square Energy and as a Capital Project Specialist for the Christina School District. Michael began a professional career as a Project Engineer at Conectiv from 1998 to 2004 and earlier as a Process Engineer at BE&K from June 1993 to 1998. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, completing studies from 1986 to 1993.
