Megan Sweeney currently serves as a Management Analyst II at the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, focusing on project management, workflows, continuous improvement, and constituent relations. Previous roles at DNREC include Administrative Specialist III and II, where responsibilities encompassed database management, new employee training, and office support. Prior to joining DNREC, Sweeney worked at Pecometh Camp & Retreat Ministries for over 16 years, holding positions such as Camp Programs Coordinator, Challenge Course Facilitator, and Summer Camp Staff. In these roles, Sweeney led program development, employee recruitment, customer satisfaction, and experiential education initiatives. Education was obtained from Gettysburg College.
