Kelly Makowski currently serves as County Registrar at Marion County Public Health Department since May 2021. In addition, Kelly has been with The First Citizens National Bank since December 2017, holding the title of 1st VP/Business Development Officer/Banking Center Manager. Prior experience includes the role of Branch Officer at both The Delaware County Bank and Trust Co and Delaware County Bank, where Kelly has been since 2012. Previous to that, Kelly held the position of Financial Solutions Center Manager at First Commonwealth Bank from January 2011 to January 2017.
