John-Erik Hermanson has a wealth of experience in supply chain management, operations, and manufacturing engineering. John-Erik has held various leadership roles at Volvo Cars and Volvo Car Corporation before moving on to International Automotive Components and currently serves as the Executive Vice President at DeLaval. John-Erik holds an MBA in Computer Science and Finance from the University of Borås and a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bergslagsskolan.
