Tarakeshwar Sriram's work experience begins in 2007 as a Software Engineer at iPass, where they implemented firmware activation software for OEM carriers and developed micro components to communicate with different mobile broadband devices. In 2010, they became a Senior Software Engineer at iPass, delivering the design and implementation of a Speed Test for Android and implementing a Connection Manager State Machine. From 2013 to 2017, Tarakeshwar served as a Principal Engineer and Technical Lead at iPass, collaborating with various inflight service providers and enhancing inflight Wi-Fi connectivity experiences across multiple platforms. Tarakeshwar also led the redesign of the iPass Android UI and was the Project Lead of the SmartConnect SDK for Android. In 2019, Tarakeshwar joined Pareteum Corporation as a Principal Engineer and Technical Lead, integrating Android APIs for seamless and secure wireless connectivity and developing Wi-Fi system apps for MVNO customers. Currently, they are working as a Principal Wireless Software Engineer at Delart, where they are involved in wireless firmware and software development for projects such as the Android Open Source Project stack, wireless diagnostics systems, and Linux services modification and maintenance under SELinux.
Tarakeshwar Sriram completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University, spanning from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications: Introduction to Kubernetes from edX in September 2021, Docker for Developers from LinkedIn Learning in August 2021, Node.js Essential Training from www.lynda.com in April 2020, Complex Project Tips and Tricks from LinkedIn in February 2020, Google Analytics Platform Principles from Google in March 2014, and Application Security And Secure Coding Training from Codebashing in September 2019.
